Vantage Polymers is the nucleus of an engineering network able to take new designs and ideas and turn them into a reality for the customer with trusted tool makers and suppliers.
From your initial drawing we discuss how to design tooling to maximise the potential both technically and commercially. Material selection goes hand in hand at this stage of the project ensuring that the customer gets the highest quality and production capabilities they can achieve. Within the network are injection moulding machines from 25 tonnes lock ups to 850 tonnes, therefore producing items from a few grams up to a few kilos.
The tool is then manufactured to exacting tolerance and once successfully trialled, all that’s left to do is the manufacturing of the final product.
